fund accounts.  Please go to your local  Wal-Mart and make a

donation to one of the following funding cards for a particular

funding account. Please note the Card Numbers for each account type

to make your donation.

    NOTE: 

    To Donate - Take the card number for any one of the funding

    accounts, go to the register of your local Walmart store. Tell the

    cashier you would like to put some funds on a Walmart gift card.

     Give them the number.

    1.  Mothers with Infants / Babies

        A funding account to help new mothers of newborn infants with clothing, diapers,food to help feed the             newborn and mother.  This fund may also help with prenatal and  after birth  medical  visits for                         mother and infant.

        2.  Food & Nourishment / Hygiene Items

                 A funding acct. to help provide food and household hygiene items for those in need.  This may include                sending non perishable or canned food items to our storehouse, or sending gift cards of certain                          funding amounts.  Other items may include shampoo, soap, lotion,and household items needed.

   3. Clothing for Children/ Women/ Elderly / Family

         A funding acct. t o help provide clothing for families. Whether single mother, single father household,                 or an entire family in need of clothing.   This may include purchasing clothing for these families with                  the funding donated,  clothing sent to the storehouse,  or sending a gift cards of certain funding                        amounts to be used by the family(s) in need.

   4. Medical Supplies & Medication for Emahs/Elders/ Families

               A funding account to help provide assistance and help for Emahs ,Elders, and Families who may need            help with medicine costs and medical bills. This may include supplies such as hearing aids, walkers,                    crutches, pharmaceutical monitors, doctor and / or clinical visits.

    5.  Storage Facility Storehouse

        A funding account to help provide for a storage facility to store items donated and given by families                and individuals.  These items may include household items, clothing, and furniture that is no longer used              or needed by those donating these items. Non perishable food may also be sent to this facility.

    6.  Misc. Funding

                 A funding account  to help with misc needs. This includes help with funds to pay for household rent,                   utility bills, telephone bill, internet, & school supplies for children. This may also include supplies                       and books for home school children; supplies, books, and tuition for college students.
