What does it mean to truly be saved?
Does it require going to church?
A building built by men who were made and will die by the dirt?
 
What does it mean to truly be saved?
Do I call on YAH and YAHOSHUA,
or a Greek god that has magically resurrected himself from the grave?

Tell me, you tell me what it takes to truly be saved,
because of course religion will only lead me to the grave.
Not the space picked and shoveled up by morticians,
but the second death, that is not usually taught in Christian traditions.

You tell me “pasa”, why Hebrew men and women are dying everyday.
Not physically, but mentally melting their lives away.
Stuck inside a system that has just one main goal,
to keep the black man down, way passed he’s old.
So you tell me, why my people live this way.
 
You tell me what it means to be saved,
because see I talked to YAH,
and he told me church is not the way to fix it.
Yeah cause see, I might as well be walking around with triple three sixes.

Christian, Muslim, Jew, Jehovah Witness,
doesn’t matter their all giving away lake of fire free tickets.
See, when YAH spoke to me, he let me on to a little secrete,
he said, Yecheilyah, your people suffer from the worst kind of sickness.

Yeah, indeed it’s true, they are addicted to religions!
He said, they profane his Sabbath with sick music and partying all day,
but then I said “wait, nothings open on Sunday!”
And he said , “this is true you are right,
but which one of these days are you up most late nights.”

And oh how this shocked me, how so beautifully wise,
it caught me off guard when he opened my eyes.
I started to see ten times better you see, it was so magnificent,

I couldn’t believe it was me!
But wait Father YAH, there’s one question that still remains,
what does it take to truly be saved?
“Get on your knees, he said “and repent of your sins.”
I said, “Is that it Father.”
And he answered, “Yes, but endure to the end.”
