What is the Illusion? And what is freedom? What is freedom and what is the illusion of acquiring that freedom?
What is it that makes a dog take pride in going into the backyard; knowing that he cannot go further than the gates, and the leash, what makes this dog believe he is free?
As he sniffs around eating the dirt and gravel provided for him on the ground, circles envelop him as he chases his tail, never ending, around and around, he goes.
He is content with the water and food that lay out beside him, never accepted wisdom to why his gate is always locked and bolted, why the masters’ voice is always cool and calm, but yet his arms are always folded.
What is the illusion of freedom?
And what makes this illusion wrap so tightly around our minds, that even when pointed out we don’t see the signs?
What makes a woman wear proudly her black eye?
What makes her go into work with very long skirts and long sleeved shirts that will ultimately hide the fact that she’s hurt?
What makes her go back to the man who has placed upon her face these bruises?
What makes a person addicted to crack, who sees their body withering away continue to still use it?

But the illusion is so great that it can be said that these events took place on the seventh.
And that is the illusion of freedom.
It is the very thing that makes a caged dog believe there isn’t a cage at all.
It’s what makes the public believe that Osama Ben Laden should take the fall, a man who is most likely dead.
It is the illusion that freedom has been achieved that makes a great-grandmother believe the shackles are no longer upon her feet.
It is the illusion, Satan’s illusion that makes the “house nigger’ think he is better off in the house, it makes him sit back and be grateful that he can eat the same food as the mouse.
But he does not think that he and that very mouse eats the same thing because of this illusion that his chitins are a feast.
It is his illusion that makes him believe he is better off than that beast.
The illusion, it is this very illusion that makes the Hebrew man think that he is free.
So I’ve come up with this conclusion freedom, freedom here in Satan’s world, is only but and illusion.
