INTRO
When I was young, I could never cease to ponder why Mrs. Till would send her baby down south with the intentions of seeing him again. Maybe, just maybe it was her ignorance to the curses that led her to believe there was a difference between Mooney Mississippi and Chicago; too bad it too her too long to never realize that the only difference was that in Mississippi, they lynch Hebrews. (In public)
Growing up, I never really grasp the understanding of civil disobedience. It wasn’t its meaning that confused me, for I didn’t know the meaning of these words; it was the meaning behind the meaning of these words. For example it wasn’t until I was in high school that I found the meaning of the word “Christian”; or what it meant for one to be a Christian. Despite my former years as one, I had no idea what those beliefs consisted of. If I looked up the word “run” in the dictionary, and it told me “to move ones feet”, my next question would be, well, what does it mean to move ones feet? Little did I know my search for the meanings of words stemmed from my search for the spiritual understanding of those words. As we apply this to our word “Civil Disobedience”, we must first ask ourselves, not only what the face or physical meaning is, but also, what does it mean spiritually as well. For the physical and spiritual aspect of all things must kiss, and one cannot exist without the other.
I will begin with an excerpt from the Willie Lynch Letter and the making of a slave:
“When it comes to breaking the uncivilized nigger, use the same process, but vary the degree and step up the pressure so as to do a complete reversal of the mind. Take the meanest and most restless nigger, strip him of his clothes in front of the remaining male niggers, the female, and the nigger infant, tar and feather him, tie each leg to a different horse in opposite directions, set him a fire and beat both horses to pull him apart in front of the remaining niggers. The next step is to take a bullwhip and beat the remaining nigger male to the point of death in front of the female and the infant. Don’t kill him, but, put the fear of god in him, for he can be useful for future breeding.”-The Willie Lynch Letter
SET-APART & THREE-FIFTHS HUMAN
Webster’s third edition dictionary defines Civil as, “Pertaining to the state, its laws, administration. Therefore, to be a citizen or civilian is being a member of a state or nation, one who follows the laws and administrations of that state or nation. (Nation in the worldly sense of the word meaning countries, not nationalities.) To follow the laws of that state no matter what it is; you are to participate in every aspect of that state/nation even if it is something you do not want to do, as a citizen that is your job. In scripture, much of the gentile or nations of people, participated in what Yah referrers to as wickedness or abominations:
Deu 18:9 “When you come into the land which Yah your mighty one is giving you, do not learn to do according to the abominations of those gentiles. (The scriptures)
Deu 18:9 when thou art come into the land which Yah thy mighty one giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations. (KJV)
(Notice gentiles and nations are used in the same context in both translations, thus, meaning the same thing.)
For this reason, Yah states in exodus chapter 19:6:
“And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.” – Exo. 19:6
Yah demands the nation of Israel to be a set-apart nation; one comprised of priest, teaching
against such wickedness practiced by other nations. Except we disobeyed and instead of
teaching the nations we became the same as the nations, and because of this disobedience, a
combination of curses befell us. We were commanded to be set-apart or separate from the
world, in a sense, we were not to be citizens, or members of this world, following the laws and
administrations of such wickedness set forth by men. Yet because we choose to do so, slavery is
our punishment as part of the curses: “And Yah shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships, by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy you.
(Note that Egypt is synonymous with oppression, slavery, captivity, and affliction. This verse
tells us Israel will be brought, not into physical Egypt, but an Egypt like captivity in ships.)
In 1787, the southern and northern states, members or citizens, partakers of this world,
reached, during the Philadelphia Convention, that slaves would be counted as three-fifths of
the population. That which is found under Article 1 Section 2, paragraph 3 of the United States
Constitution:
“Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several states which may be
included within this union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by
adding to the whole Number of free persons, including those bound to service for a term of
years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three-fifths of all OTHER persons.
Labeling Hebrews or “African Americans” 3/5th human being in the United States of America
Constitution meant that the states that had to pay taxes on each individual in said states would
not have to pay additional taxes for the many Hebrew slaves that were present in each state,
because they were not completely human people (3/5) thus not really citizens. Just as an
animal wouldn’t be counted for census. This prohibited these slaves from voting, and
participating in many of the “opportunities” the other nations were able to par take in. They couldn’t eat, drink, sit, or mix with these other nationalities of people. In retrospect, it’s exactly how Yah intended it to be as we are the teachers of the nations, not the followers. Yah tells the children of Ysrayl that in order for them to blend with other nations, those nations must too adopt Yah’s ways, and in doing so, they too become Israel:
“And they said unto them, We cannot do this thing, to give our sister to one that is uncircumcised; for that were a reproach unto us: (Gen 34:14)
“But in this will we consent unto you: If ye will be as we be, that every male of you be circumcised; (34:15)
“Then will we give our daughters unto you, and we will take your daughters to us, and we will dwell with you, and we will become one people. (34:16)
Here it is being spoken by the sons of Jacob concerning their sister Dinah, that these men must adopt the ways of Yah in order to take her as wife, which includes being circumcised (both physically & spiritually), which is part of the covenant between Yah and the children of Ysrayl. (See Gen 17:10)
THE UNION
In the 1850’s, the northern and the southern states could not agree on the power of
slaveholders to control the national government, or The Slave Powers. The democratic party
was divided over the issue of slavery and thus the origins of the American Civil war, stemming
from the complex issues of slavery. During Abraham Lincoln’s presidency of the 1860’s, slave
states left the union; greater hostilities arose between the north and the south, and some
created a sort of “non-denominational” union as not to be on either side called the
“Confederate States of America”. As a result, the bloody civil war continued and the pressure
was on for Lincoln to do something. Thus Lincoln vowed to preserve the union, and enforce the
laws of the United States; and in 1865, in order to save the union and cease the confusion,
Lincoln outlawed slavery.
On the contrary, what many people don’t know is that Lincoln was not in favor of Hebrews and
stated, in a letter to Horace Greecely, editor of the New York Tribune at that time:
“My paramount object in this struggle is to save the Union, and is not either to save or to destroy slavery. If I could save the Union without freeing any slave I would do it, and if I could save it by freeing all the slaves I would do it; and if I could save it by freeing some and leaving others alone I would also do that. What I do about slavery, and the colored race, I do because I believe it helps to save the Union.
Clearly, it’s not like Abraham Lincoln wanted to “free” Hebrews but that he simply felt he had to. In addition, Lincoln’s proclamation didn’t “free” all slaves, only those in the confederate states still in rebellion. So this “freedom” was more of a “punishment” to the rebellious states more so than it was a “reward” to the blacks; since they, the rebellious states, didn’t want to comply they were “punished” with the abolition of slavery in their states. (Understand the amount of money made from slavery) President Lincoln’s Emancipation proclamation eventually “freed” all slaves, but legally, due to the ratification of the 13th amendment.
THE WILLE LYNCH LETTER & THE MAKING OF A SLAVE
“When it comes to breaking the uncivilized nigger…”
What does this mean to be uncivilized? One need to look no further than the next few pages which state:
“… In her natural uncivilized state she would have a strong dependency on the uncivilized nigger male, and she would have a limited protective tendency toward her independent male off spring and would raise the female off spring to be dependent like her…” –The breaking process of the African Woman
From this passage we can infer that to be uncivilized and natural are similar in meaning, if not the same altogether.
“…We reversed nature by burning and pulling one civilized nigger apart and bull whipping the other to the point of death-all in her presence.”
Again, we see the word nature being used to replace the word uncivilized. The author could have said: “We reversed the uncivilized by burning and pulling the civilized nigger…” however, nature is used instead of uncivilized because they mean the same thing. They reversed the natural mentality of the Hebrew by taking an un-natural or civilized “nigger” (one who has adopted to the ways of the world and is willing to participate in every aspect of the state or nation.) and destroyed him physically to the point where the mental image of the strong natural Hebrew is destroyed in the eyesight of the other Hebrews. Turning this uncivilized or natural Hebrew, into a civilized one who is willing to obey and who is willing to teach her (Israel referred to herein the feminine) children likewise to obey. She’ll never want to be “uncivilized” again for fear for her loved ones lives. Instead, she’ll do whatever she can to ensure that she remains civilized, for she is willing to participate now in every aspect of the state’s laws. She’ll even fight kill or be killed to maintain her civil rights.
STILL JUST THREE-FIFTHS OF A MAN
Steve Cobb, in an article entitled, “Still Just Three-Fifths of a Man”, stated the following:
“A slave is not entitled to the results of his labor, an essential element of humanity. Since the average American now works to pay off his taxes until late April, exactly two-fifths of the year, he remains just three-fifths of a human being. A slave is not expected to have his own dreams to work for, and neither is the taxpayer, no more than would a sheep. In any event, the small dreams that an individual might have are of no interest to those who exploit his labor. They have grander plans, and lack only money to realize them. These predators also lack the imagination, energy, and honesty to make their own money, and find it easier to take it from others.”
As previously stated, Abraham Lincoln’s proclamation did not “free” the slaves, (free in the
physical sense of the word) the 13th amendment did:
“Although the Emancipation Proclamation did not end slavery in America--this was achieved by the
passage of the 13TH Amendment to the Constitution on Dec. 18, 1865undefinedDouglass T. Miller.”
Still, with this 13th amendment there were events in which Hebrews still were not treated
“equal”. Although creator Yah tells us we are to remain set-apart or unequal to the world’s
wickedness:
“And there were also sodomites in the land: and they did according to all the abominations of
The nations which Yah cast out before the children of Israel. (1Kng 14:24)
In order to achieve the completeness of this supposed “freedom”, two more amendments
were created: The 14th, that which made important decisions about civil rights, immigration,
and personal liberties, and the 15th, that which prohibits each government in the United States
from denying a citizen the right to vote based on that citizen's "race”, “color”, or previous
condition of servitude" (i.e., slavery). Abraham’s decisions were made during the absence of
these amendments, therefore his statement about wanting to, not abolish slavery, but too
simply save the union should be as to no surprise. However, let us not jump to glorify the
following amendments for they have only brought us closer to being the same as the nations,
as Yah have forbade of the children of Ysrayl.
With these amendments we receive the “permission” as Hebrew Israelites, to be citizens or
members of this world, following the laws and administrations of such wickedness set forth by
the men of this world. The 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments hide within themselves a seed of
deception, (if we shall call the negligence of our people to recognize it deception,) within its
sleeves. These amendments, which are responsible for the “freedom” of the Hebrew or African
American people, can be repealed or officially ended at any time by congress; and at the
moment it does, we are right back to chattel slavery with the lost of our supposed “freedom”.
(The 14th and 15th amendments have actually repealed the 13th amendment, the very
amendment that “ceased” slavery to begin with but because of the 14th and 15th amendments
contents, the 13th amendment’s ending is still no justification (says the law or whoever makes
these things up) to deny person or persons voting rights, police protection etch. I know, utter
confusion!)
The curses as we know them to be today, better recognized by statistics categorizing the
struggles many “African Americans” face, go far beyond the physical chattel slavery so many of
our ancestors faced many years ago. These curses consist of a mental, emotional, and spiritual
malnutrition as a result of disobedience from Yah’s laws because of the desire to follow mans.
As Mr. Cobb is alluding to in his article, we are still enslaved, even if the chains are no longer
visible. The land of our captors (America) has made sure to keep in place our captivity, with
taxes for example, that ensures that you will never own anything. However, what Mr. Cobbs
failed to mention is that although many people Hebrew and Gentile, (the so called African
American and Caucasian) suffer this same situation as “Americans”, the burden has never
been so relevant than in the Hebrew people. While the Gentile nations have a better chance
with at least the illusion of ownership of many businesses, the Hebrew people are lucky to get a
bank account; and while America’s goal is to use everyone gentile and Hebrew alike for greedy
gain, Hebrews are still at the very bottom as part of the curses.
Steve Cobb article, this goes on to say:
“…..American slaves were prohibited by law from learning to read or write, let alone
pursue an education. Today, black parents cannot freely choose the school that their children
attend, being compelled to use the closets outlet of the public school monopoly.”
Many of our ancestors were angered by the idea of their children not being able to attend as
well as receive the same kind of education as the gentile nations received. This does not go on
to say that it was RIGHT to deny a people a position in a world that was there’s to begin
with. Still, it is wrong for a people to desire to do wickedness, all in the name of being denied
the “opportunity” to do it. This article is not to argue against the so called Gentile nation, for I
do not support any racial superiority doctrine; after all, it is not the Gentile who made a
promise to Yah, the Hebrew did. It is to argue against the support of wickedness: right is right
and wrong is wrong. And the way of life of the gentile nation is wrong and the willingness for
such a set apart people, (the Hebrew) to follow after such wickedness is wrong.
After the civil war, Jim Crow laws, (Originating after a white man who performed a
Minstrel show with songs and dances complete with racial slurs and discrimination, said he got
the idea from a Hebrew man or boy, which one is not clear, who sang about jumping Jim Crow)
flooded the south. Although slavery was “no longer in existence” still many of the people did
not want to mix in any way with the Hebrew or black people. So to get around this idea of
giving up their role of “superiority”, they enforced the Jim Crow laws. These laws, supported by
racial mob killings such as lynching’s and other brutal killings of “blacks”, were enforced
immediately following the civil war. It was obvious many people did not see Hebrews as being
citizens or members of their state or nation. Moreover, acts of racism and discrimination
continued to happen due to our continued disobedience. We, despite Yah’s command for us
not to, possessed the desire to share in the wickedness of our oppressors; thus we continued to
suffer via the curses.
“The so-called Jim Crow segregation laws gained significant impetus from U. S. Supreme Court rulings in
the last two decades of the nineteenth century. In 1883, the Supreme Court ruled unconstitutional the
Civil Rights act of 1865, the 1875 law stipulated: "That all persons ... shall be entitled to full and equal
enjoyment of the accommodations, advantages, facilities, and privileges of inns, public conveyances

The following passage proves our lust to partake in the same activities the nations partakes in.
We want, “EQUAL” and not set-apart or separate, but to enjoy the EQUAL ENJOYMENT OF THE
ACCOMODATIONS, set forth by the nations wicked ancestors who taught them wickedness,
and instead of teaching the nations Yah’s ways but to instead have the same, not set-apart or
separate, but the SAME ADVANTAGES AND PRIVILEGES set forth, once again, by our
oppressors.
PLESSY VS. FERGUSON
“On June 7, 1892, a 30-year-old colored shoemaker named Homer Plessy was jailed for sitting in the "White" car of the East Louisiana Railroad. Plessy was only one-eighths black and seven-eighths white, but under Louisiana law, he was considered black and therefore required to sit in the "Colored" car. Plessy went to court and argued, in Homer Adolph Plessy v. The State of Louisiana that the Separate Car Act violated the Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution. The judge at the trial was John Howard Ferguson, a lawyer from Massachusetts who had previously declared the Separate Car Act "unconstitutional on trains that traveled through several states”. In Plessy's case, however, he decided that the state could choose to regulate railroad companies that operated only within Louisiana. He found Plessy guilty of refusing to leave the white car. Plessy appealed to the Supreme Court of Louisiana, which upheld Ferguson's decision. In 1896, the Supreme Court of the United States heard Plessy's case and found him guilty once again.” - Copyright © 1995 Lisa Cozzens.
BROWN VS. BOARD OF EDUCATION
In the early 1950’s, racial segregation was the norm in America; and as I hearken back to Cobb’s statement regarding the education of “blacks”, I reflect on this moment in history where we, again, was not satisfied with being set-apart to Yah. Once again we could not fathom NOT being like everyone else.
“In Topeka, Kansas, a black third-grader named Linda Brown had to walk one mile through a railroad switchyard to get to her black elementary school, even though a white elementary school was only seven blocks away. Linda's father, Oliver Brown, tried to enroll her in the white elementary school, but the principal of the school refused. Brown went to McKinley Burnett, the head of Topeka's branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and asked for help. The NAACP was eager to assist the Browns, as it had long wanted to challenge segregation in public schools. With Brown's complaint, it had "the right plaintiff at the right time." Other black parents joined Brown, and, in 1951, the NAACP requested an injunction that would forbid the segregation of Topeka's public schools.”- Copyright © 1995 Lisa Cozzens.
WEB Du Bois, who earned a degree at Fisk as well as bachelors at Harvard, believed strongly in the concept of the education of the Hebrew nation. He then created the talented 10th, in which the 10% of the educated “negroes” as he calls it could raise above the racism and discrimination with the expansion of businesses thus breeding success, therefore able to teach his fellowmen to do likewise. Although Du Bois appeared to have had the answers, he failed to understand the spiritual aspect of the curses. See, because Du Bois didn’t understand the Curses, he created the crisis magazine. Teaching Hebrew men and women about the education of our nation yet he himself refused to educate. Du Bois was a member of the Boule, a black secrete society organization that began in 1909 to mirror the already existing European Skull and Bones secrete society.(Again our desire to be like the nations is clearly seen) These secrete societies are made up of “educated” men and women or what Du Bois would call the talented 10th.
On face value, or on the physical, these men represent the positive, uplifting, and hope filled piece of the puzzle many feel we need in order to build better communities and nations. However, spiritually these men are no different than our European, gentile oppressors. (Again, I do not support any racial superiority “kill whitey” doctrine, but we are in fact oppressed by these people who are elevated above us in every aspect due to the curses.) These men, the WEB Du Boise’s hide spiritual truths behind these secrete societies. The talented 10th meant and means nothing more than for the 10% who are involved within this circle of truths, to help keep the 90% of the masses blinded, death, and dumb to such truths; truths that we do not have to acquire by being a part of a secret society to understand; but truths that which with simple obedience, Yah will so righteously give us. These societies know the destructible plan of the wicked to enter into a new world order in which to build the alliance with Satan and to destroy the works of Yah. These secrete societies work to bring into light these plans but to keep you in darkness of it. That’s the secret, however many of these secrete society’s aren’t so secrete at all. We see them every day; masked behind fraternities and sororities as well as organizations such as the NAACP, CORE, SCLC and the like; organizations created by Jews but led by intelligent fools with black skins who sought to escape the bodies they were in.
This was the part of our history that began the early civil rights movement, or the right to deny a natural way of life for the acceptance of a membership of this world, following the laws and administrations of such wickedness set forth by the men of this world. This movement of civil rights, 1955-1968, refers to the reform or reorganizing or improvement of the US laws that said that we could not be the same as the other nations. These movements aimed at outlawing racial discrimination; this was the physical aspect of the many situations many “blacks” faced. The spiritual is much deeper and may be much harder for those unwilling to accept it, to understand; for spiritually, these men and women who aimed to outlaw racial discrimination, aimed to outlaw Yah’s laws that said that we were a set-apart people.
Now despite Yah’s demand for the Hebrew or “black” nation to separate from the masses, we
have yearned to become a part of the nations. Without realization of the spiritual meaning
that would merge with this physical union we so yearned for. My argument is not to justify
many of the demonic, horrific occurrences of slavery but to bring light to the physical as well as
spiritual meaning of what it means to be set-apart from the ways of this world. This is where
Civil Disobedience plays its role, for it is nothing more than disobedience from that which Yah
ordained from the foundation of the world:
“According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: (Eph. 1:4)
CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE
Civil disobedience is the non-violent act of refusing to follow state laws or participate in such
laws due to racial discrimination. The deliberate breaking of a law by ordinary citizens, carried
out as nonviolent protest or passive resistance. This is the physical aspect of the meanings of
these words, or mans definitions of the words. On face value it may seem that this is a good
thing, civil disobedience, given my previous statements regarding men of Yah to be separate
from the civilian laws, however if a man is not a citizen, but wants to be; if man is separating
from mans laws because he want to be included in mans laws; then he is doing nothing more
than to separate from Yah’s laws that state that we are a set-apart people. This is the spiritual
malnutrition we see when “blacks” are in the streets marching, protesting, being spit on, beat,
and even killed all under the guides of wanting to be like someone else. All coming back full
circle to the Willie Lynch indoctrination of fear of a natural existence, and more so, coming back
full circle to the curses.
Civil disobedience, in all its forms, is nothing more than disobedience, from Yah’s laws not
mans. This walk is difficult for many because of our struggle to let go the ways of the world. Our
desire to be like the nations is so strong that we would rather die for it, both physically as we
hang from the nearest tree, to spiritually as we reject salvation because of it. It is by no means a
good thing to fight for the freedom to be free from Yah’s laws and his commandments, that, as
we’ve witnessed, is all freedom is in this world given the manipulation of Babylon which makes
us anything but free in the literal sense. Maybe if we didn’t look at freedom so literally, chains
linked to ones feet, it wouldn’t be as difficult to understand freedom in the spiritual sense of
the word. Our desire to be like a man is overwhelming; Du Bois states:
“The Negro race, like all races, is going to be saved by its exceptional men. The problem of education, then, among Negroes must first of all deal with the talented tenth; it is the problem of developing the best of this race that they may guide the mass away from the contamination and death of the worst, in their own and other races……No others can do this work and Negro colleges must train men for it. The Negro race, like all other races is going to be saved by its exceptional men.”
!
According to Dubois, the “educated” Hebrews must strive to save the nation from the poor, infected Hebrews, this saving resulting in a withholding of information paramount to their existence. How can someone who claims to love the Hebrew people so much so, hide information so important to their very existence?
Here Dubois speaks in an “educated” manner used to confuse the minds of the uneducated… in the spiritual that is. Once again the physical and spiritual aspect of all things must touch; if one does not understand the spirit behind a person’s words, there is always room for misinterpretation. In the words of Orville Wright, “if we all worked on the assumption that what is accepted as truth were really true, there would be little room for advancement.” In addition, we cannot be saved by any man:
And thou shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness, and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee.” (Duet. 28:29)
EMETT TILL
“Emmett's death came a year after the Supreme Court's Brown v. Board of Education decision outlawed segregation. For the first time, blacks had the law on their side in the struggle for equality. Emmett's killing struck a cord across a nation. White people in the North were as shocked as blacks at the cruelty of the killing. The national media picked up on the story, and the case mobilized the NAACP, which provided a safe house for witnesses in the trial of the killers. Emmett became a martyr for the fledgling civil rights movement that would engross the country in a few years.
Mamie Till spoke out about her son's death. She held an open-casket funeral for her son, so that the world could see "what they did to my boy." Emmett's face was battered beyond recognition and he had a bullet hole in his head. The body had decomposed after spending several days underwater.
Emmett's crime: talking and maybe even whistling to a white woman at a local grocery store.”
If you believe the above statement; that Emmett’s crime was talking and whistling to a white women in a grocery store, then you are STILL NOT paying attention. You are STILL thinking on the physical. For Emmett’s crime was the desire to be like his oppressors; he himself may not have physically felt this way, as I do not liken myself to have built a golden calf to the ba’als, but my ancestors did, therefore I like he, fall victim to the curses.
THE GREENS BORO SIT-INS
The story of the Greensboro sit-ins

“On Feb. 1, 1960, the Greensboro Four, as they would later be called, felt isolated and alone as they sat at that whites-only lunch counter at the Woolworth Store on South Elm Street.
They were seeking more than what they ordered undefined sodas, coffee, doughnuts. They were attacking the social order of the time. The unwritten rules of society required black people to stay out of white-owned restaurants, to use only designated drinking fountains and restrooms, to sit in the rear of Greensboro city buses, in a separate balcony at the Center Theatre and in segregated bleachers during sports events at War Memorial Stadium.
The four black youths undefined Franklin McCain, Joseph McNeil, Ezell Blair Jr. and David Richmond, all still teenagers and all freshmen on academic scholarships at N.C. A&T State University undefined had entered the unknown. McCain, who grew up in Washington and spent one year attending Greensboro's Dudley High School, says he expected to be arrested, beaten to a pulp or worse.
All four would emerge unscathed and eventually be recognized as heroes of the civil rights movement.
McCain says he feels better about America today than he did in 1960. He says he loves his country so much that he wants to kiss the ground after he returns from business trips abroad.” - http://www.sitins.com/story.shtml

The Bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church
“On a quiet Sunday morning, September 15, 1963, four little black girls prepared their Sunday School lessons in the basement of the church. In the same basement sat a bomb placed by segregationists, designed to kill and maim in protest of the forced integration of Birmingham's public schools. Denise McNair, Carole Robertson, Cynthia Wesley, and Addie Mae Collins were killed in the explosion. Angry blacks rioted and the civil authorities responded with great violence. During the rest of the day, other black youths were murdered by police and civilians alike, compounding the desperation.
The September 15, 1963 racially motivated bombing of Birmingham's Sixteenth Street Baptist Church, which resulted in the death of four innocent black girls, was the nadir of the Civil Rights movement in Birmingham and perhaps one of the darkest days in Birmingham's history. City authorities, never sympathetic to blacks, did very little to bring the bombers to justice. Not until 1977 was one of the bombers convicted. Locally, the bombing brought the factional Civil Rights leaders

Between 1947-1965, over fifty bombings had occurred in Birmingham, giving it the name, Bombingham. During this time there was tension among the “whites” or gentile nation because a court order said that schools would now be integrated. The 16th street Baptist church was the key focus surrounding these protest and civil rights marches; these were acts of civil disobedience in which Hebrews so desperately wanted to be included in a system of which we did not belong. Has it ever occurred to us, that in the midst of this wickedness, which includes the church itself, it was time for Yah to take the breath, that is predetermined from the foundation of the world, from those four little girls; and that he did it while at the same time smiting the wickedness that surrounded them. But did we learn our lesson? Did the acts of civil rights and disobedience in order to acquire what the masses obtained stop? Why of course not, our stiff necks instead increased this wickedness. It was said that one of the girls had a bible with her when she died, In addition, who’s to say, those four little girls weren’t discussing Yah, and in the basement of that church……alone and set-apart they were, from the masses of people upstairs.

Amadou Bailo Diallo
“Amadou Bailo Diallo (September 2, 1975 – February 4, 1999) was a 23-year-old Guinean immigrant in New York City who was shot and killed on February 4, 1999 by four New York City Police Department plain-clothed officers: Sean Carroll, Richard Murphy, Edward McMellon and Kenneth Boss. The four officers fired a total of 41 rounds. The shooting took place at 1157 Wheeler Avenue in the Sound view section of The Bronx. The four were part of the now-defunct Street Crimes Unit. All four officers were acquitted at trial in Albany, New York.
Diallo was unarmed at the time of the shooting, and a firestorm of controversy erupted subsequent to the event as the circumstances of the shooting prompted outrage both within and outside New York City; issues such as police brutality, racial profiling, and contagious shooting were central to the ensuing controversy.
Diallo's death, the change of venue, and the verdict each sparked massive demonstrations against police brutality and racial profiling, resulting in more than 1,700 arrests over the course of many weeks. SEAN BELL
“Two hours of controlled fury ended with hundreds of arrests Wednesday after Sean Bell supporters blocked bridge and tunnel entrances in a bid to shut the city down.
Led by the Rev. Al Sharpton, they massed outside 1 Police Plaza and five other key locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn to protest the acquittal of three cops who killed Bell in a 50-bullet barrage on his wedding day.
"You are unlawfully obstructing vehicular traffic," Lt. John Wolf yelled through a bullhorn when Sharpton tried to lead a march across the Brooklyn Bridge. "I order you to leave the roadway now."
Police also arrested Bell's fiancée, Nicole Paultre Bell, and the two survivors of the Bell shooting, Trent Benefield and Joseph Guzman. They and more than 200 other protesters were charged with disorderly conduct.
Earlier, on the upper East Side, about 100 protesters waded into traffic and made for the Queensboro Bridge.

And So Does The Curses…………
Yah says, in Deuteronomy chapter 28: “And it shall be, if you diligently obey the voice of Yah your mighty one, to guard to do all His commands which I command you today, that Yah your mighty one shall set you high above all nations of the earth.”
This meant that if we take Yah’s laws and his commandments established throughout the bible
from genesis to revelation then we will be blessed exceedingly and set high above all the
nations of the Earth, (after all we are Hebrew Israelites, Yah’s chosen.) He also says in the same
chapter beginning at verse 15:
“And it shall be, if you do not obey the voice of Yah your mighty one, to guard to do all His
commands and His laws which I command you today that all these curses shall come upon you
and overtake you…”
Following this verse is a list of curses Yah says will befall us if we choose to
abandon his laws and his commandments in addition to teaching men to do so, for the desire to
be like the nations we were ordained to teach. Well, we didn’t obey and so as previously stated,
we were enslaved as part of the curses. (In which other laws too were then suspended such as
the sacrificial law with the physical death of our messiyah Yahoshua, the ultimate sacrifice, and
then of course our feats celebrations of pass over due to our captivity as the feast days were a
celebration of freedom, kept in our land: “Deu 12:11 “And it shall be, that unto the place
which Yah your mighty one chooses to make His Name dwell there, there you are to
bring all that I command you: your burnt offerings, and your offerings, and your tithes, and the
contributions of your hand, and all your choice offerings which you vow to Yah.”
So, Civil Disobedience or Disobedience?
In closing, civil disobedience is nothing more than disobedience from Yah’s laws. For as a citizen you are to follow every aspect of mans laws, and as one is following one set of laws, it therefore becomes impossible to follow any additional laws. If you’re following mans laws, it is impossible then to follow Yah’s. Yah states that one cannot serve two masters, for he will hate one and love the other. (Matt. 6:24) If we consider ourselves to be citizens of men; if we, have hearts with the desire to follow wicked mans laws, wicked mans, ways, then it will be impossible to also love Yah and completely follow Yah’s laws and Yah’s ways, unless of course we repent, or turn away from those wicked ways. If we follow Yah’s laws, we automatically follow the laws of the land, that which is mimicked from Yah’s laws. (with the exception of mans wicked laws) For it is Yah who says that it is wrong to kill, not man; it is Yah that says that it is wrong to steal, not man. Therefore, let us not be taken aback by the proud and educated men of this world with promises of redemption. Let us remember that only Yah the creator of all holds redemption in his hands and that it must be purchased only via the salvation of Yah that is our messiyah Yahoshua. Let us study to show thyself approved (2Tim 2:15) so that we are rooted and planted in the soil of truth that stands rock hard. Let us not be easily swayed, not rooted in truth and planted in sand that has the ability to so easily swallow us up.

Let us not give ourselves over to the overwhelming face value of protest, marches, a supposed “freedom” or the right to live as the gentiles live and have lived. Let us set ourselves a part Ysrayl, and become the teachers of the torah and a light to the gentiles. Let us not be a follower of evil, wickedness, and CIVIL DISOBEIDENCE.
